“Very poor! I receive my maxx brush only to find it is unusable without purchasing a separate adapter/ extension cable! You wouldn’t buy a Dyson and have to buy an adapter before you vacuum the house would you!! Very very disappointed!”

“Ordered a set of cobalt drills which were offered at a good price. Received confirmation of my order and then they returned my payment 24 hrs later! I’m guessing the drills were out of stock, no explanation from Power Tools Direct but, HEY money back immediately so not a problem.”

“Ordered 2 items ,Stanley fatmax 900 level and a Faithfull 12" roofing square. Alas the square is not labelled Faithfull and looks like a Disappointing Chinese Knock off! I have colleagues who have the real thing and they are of superior quality.”
