“Unbeatable prices, all packaging recyclable, sensible delivery cost, reliable courier (that's worth a few stars), full paperwork and tracking info and a couple of the items quite difficult to find elsewhere. Have I missed anything?”

“Ordered Monday, despatched Tuesday on a 24 hour delivery…..arrived Friday…wait a minute did I say 24 hour delivery?????? Asked where my delivery was and was given details of someone else’s order. Which was at a delivery office over 200miles away. Let down by slow delivery and poor comms, won’t use again.”

“Paid extra for delivery charge to be received by 2nd Feb. Eventually received it on the 7th Feb. I sent 2 emails chasing the order, no notification from them about any delay.”
