“Pleased with purchases but post took to long”

“The service was good as expected. However, the product was not good. It only sifts from the edges and its hard to keep pressure on the spring. no good unless the matter is very dry. I ended up pushing the soil through by hand I wouldn't recommend the product.”

“+ Excellent Prices and Quality Branded goods! - This great service was let down by insufficient packaging which lead to goods being damaged in transit including the replacement because lessons were not learned. + Excellent After Sales Customer Service & Support! “Thank you for the hose pipe I ordered. The delivery was disappointing being promised one day between certain hours and not arriving, then being notified it had been delivered and subsequently given a delivery date the next day! Not your fault, but the delivery company concerned has a poor reputation locally. David Hull”

“I was not told I had to be at home for this delivery so the driver did not leave it. I then gave instructions for the item to be left in the porch so the driver left it in the garage. Other than that no problems but obviously if you do not leave an item without the owner being present it would save you a lot of extra delivery time.”
