“6 X Timco PSB50450 Drive-In Post Spike - Bolt Secure. 1 post support was bent and unable to take a bolt, after bending and hammering got the bolt in, this item was missing a bolt but was still sent out. A bit disappointed. other than that good service.”

“I was a bit disappointed, the picture of Loctite rust remedy SF 7503. and you sent me SF 7505 . I did notice on invoice it said SF 7505 after I had received it. Having photo of SF 7503 on your advertising is a bit misleading, you really should have a picture of product you are selling.(Sf 7505) Can you tell me if they still do produce SF 7503. Otherwise I found your service was good.”

“Sanding paper sheets arrived fine Although the packaging was a bit ridiculous! The rectangular sheets were flat at the bottom of a very large box ! I had to laugh 99% empty. I’m sure you can try a bit harder cutting down on cardboard waste ?! Otherwise product fine.”

“I am afraid the part is genuine but it arrive so in delayed even I was charged for express delivery I really want my delivery charges refunded Or some compensation to wards my purchase I had to arrange another Hoover for the work I was planning to do So I lost money in both ways Looking forward to hear from you”

“The tools and items are of a reasonable price and quality. Not too happy about the cost of postage, £1 difference between rapid delivery and standard which can take up to a week. Standard delivery should either be free or at the least half price to rapid delivery.”

“Need to clarify that the express shipping option for £6.95 is Royal Mail 24 (not Tracked 24). I'd strongly recommend that you look at alt couriers - for £6.95 you can almost afford Parcelforce.”
