“The service was good as expected. However, the product was not good. It only sifts from the edges and its hard to keep pressure on the spring. no good unless the matter is very dry. I ended up pushing the soil through by hand I wouldn't recommend the product.”

“The small spade I bought was delivered promptly and in minimum wrapping. It does the job really well and is easy to handle in a small garden by an elderly lady. The price was great, having compared it to the exact model in other places. Excellent quality too. I hope it will last for at least as long as it’s predecessor which worked well for over 15 years.”

“Customer service needs attention, contact number on site is not answered. Email only, which was not answered particularly swiftly. Products took a week to arrive despite quoting a 2-3 day delivery window. Items badly wrapped for transport, black plastic wrap used which is not recyclable. Shame as pricing is competitive.”
