“There was a small confusion re the delivery as order was stating completed, but had not at that time received item, it arrived 2 days later. The item arrived in a jiffy bag &whilst the postman was attempting to post it through the letter box he stabbed his finger, causing it to bleed, due to part of the item having a fold away pointed part which was not secure in transport, this needs to be addressed.”

“Poorly, poorly customer service , placed an order on 2nd February for few hundred concrete screws and after almost two weeks still did not receive and they said its on process... As a construction company , I cannot wait such a long time, very disappointed with your poorly services. I will not recommend to anyone else...”

“I ordered some tools from this site and paid a extra fee of £7 for early delivery within 2 working days. I was still waiting for over a week for the tools! When i called in to enquire about this the guy spoke very rudely to me and told me to it had nothing to do with them and to get lost basically. Wont be using them again!!”

“Delivery was nice and quick. I ordered a welder, unfortunately it arrived very battered. Welder was damaged and didn't work. They didn't want to send a replacement and at the moment I am still waiting for a response for a resolution a week later.”
