“Would have given 5 stars if their communication with me regarding my order had been clearer. In the end I paid for a delivery service if 48 hrs and it took more like 480 hrs. Their explanation - they were waiting for an item to arrive at their warehouse. My advice, they should indicate whether the item is in/out of stock.”

“Very good customer service and prompt delivery. I paid for three Tins of paint but only two were sent. I didn’t have time to order another. I emailed asking for a full refund and said I would return the items. They refunded 2/3rds of the cost and didn’t want the items returned. No hassle. Customer service is clearly important to them. I would use them again.”
