“Efficient sales service and a good £price. Actually, the surprise was that Royal Mail delivered the package 2-days earlier than paid-for. It was therefore lucky that I got home in time to take the delivery since no e-mails indicated such early delivery. I suspect that Royal Mail were not too busy and could get the package out on a Saturday.”

“I placed the entire order for a whole week but still received no news. After asking, I received the package but the screws still missing. It took more than ten days after I placed the order to be told that the goods were not in stock. Refund still not received. It’s a very bad shopping experience.”

“Order placed, order not delivered, email sent to query delivery then the order was sent next day but didn’t arrive next day. It’s due Monday over a week after it was ordered. Pushed a big job back and made my company look like fools.”

“From orering to after sales service, this orgainsation has provided a first class service. Easy to use web site, delivery exactly as promised, and probably most important, when there was an issue with the product, the replacement was dispatched by next day delivery without any quibble.”

“Although we have paid a proforma on 08.07.24 no one is answering me to say when my order will ship, this has now been 4 days and I am none the wiser as to when my goods will ship, I did need them for today. I emailed and left a voicemail.”
