“Pleased with the rwo products that arrived, prices were the lowest i found for identical items, amazon prices were no where near as good. However, the third product was out of stock yet wasn't shown as that on the site, payment was taken for all three items, with a refund made a week later, also the duration from placing the order to actually receiving it was a little too long...so for the negatives, Only 3 stars.”

“It took over 2 weeks to tell us our order was not available. In the meantime we had to keep chasing for info Power Tools was in no way proactive in keeping us updated on our order status. Money was refunded and same product ordered and received from another company within 3 days. Not impressed with service and will not buy from again”

“I ordered 3 cans of Cuprinol paint, arrived quickly and well packaged, however, 1 can was leaking. I contacted them by email and within a few hours I received a reply, apologizing and offering either a replacement or refund. This is the second time I have purchased from this company, I can't fault them. Will shop from them again.”

“I have been most impressed by the company’s speedy response to emailed issues and professional prompt response in agreeing to replace an item where the imperial sizes incorrectly described on their site were discovered to not to match the metric measurements of the tool. Can’t ask for better service and quality of hand tools sold.”
