“Service was terrible I Paid extra money for a 2 day delivery on a Wednesday as I needed tool for Friday and tool was not delivered till Tuesday so had to manage without tool not a happy customer and probably won’t use you again”

“i was promised and paid for next day delivery, which should have meant delivery on a thursday. Package had not arrived on friday I emailed twice to say that I needed the item asap , checked dpd tracker and item had not even been picked up yet. I emailed to say item was no longer required as I had gone to screwfix and bought some , they were also almost half the price that power tools charged. Package then arrived over the weekend. I had already finished the job the day before.”
