“Avoid this company! Customer service is non existent!! They have taken my £500for an item that was only part delivered(even though it stated in stock delivery in 2 days!). Can’t speak to anyone on the phone to resolve anything so You can only contact someone via email who doesn’t appear to understand simple English or respond properly. After arranging a collection a month on to collect the incomplete product they can’t tell me if it’s been received.Caused major delays and still can’t get my money back nearly 2 months on! Don’t be a victim to this scandalous company!”

“First time buying anything from Power Tools Direct. I ordered 6 containers of brick cleaner 9 days ago. Cash taken on card immediately. Today I receive an email telling me that they are out of stock and refunding my card. Looking online for another supplier and it appears that they are in stock! Not impressed that it has taken 9 days to even process my order; their stock systems are clearly not up to scratch and waste busy builders time. And in spite of the email telling me that have refunded my card it is not appearing on he card statement yet.”
