“I paid for the goods, a fortnight later i hadn't heard anything or received my goods so i contacted the company only to be told the goods hadn't even left the warehouse yet. It is also not possible to contact this company by the phone. The goods did however finally arrive 3 and a half weeks later.”

“Ordered and paid for goods and paid Express delivery and 5 days later still haven’t received my goods not even a shipping number or a email to say they been shipped out terrible service it’s not the first time I have had bard sevice from power tools company I don’t think I will be dealing with these again”

“They sent different item to what they advertise! Bought 300£ of hammer fixings On advert says Timco PZ3 yellow box. They came in red boxes and are PZ2 screws They rubbish don’t hold nothing they just spin around. Very disappointing.”
