“I was pleased with the competitive prices and prompt service. However the rose of the watering can has several very large scratches. I contacted you to see if the rose could be replaced. I sent photos. I have not heard if I am going to get a replacement as I requested. This is about one week ago. Not very impressed with this.”

“Really quick delivery, purchased a turf cutting tool which was an excellent price and does the job I needed it for really well I rated 4 stars and not 5 due to cost of delivery especially as only the head of the tool was wrapped in thin black plastic, the wooden handle which is quite long was not wrapped at all. For £7.95 del charge I expected better”

“The goods received were what we wanted. However, as we live just around the corner from the Industrial unit we were disappointed that we weren't able to collect. Instead, the item was sent up to DHL at Gatwick only to be sent back to us, which meant we paid for unnecessary journeys and got the item a day later than we might have done. Surely there should be a collection facilities for local residents.”
