“I've been a longstanding customer making multiple orders with Power Tools Direct. However having made my last order with a given delivery date (and a delivery charge) they have failed to deliver, make any contact on the delay nor make any contact back from emails, with no one answering the phone line either. I cannot fault the prices that they offer however the customer service has been awful.”

“Order was despatched quickly and with all items as described. Full marks to PTD. However courier used was DHL who delivered to the wrong address and got a signature (apparently) from someone I have never heard of and we found it on someone’s front doorstep. DHL no points!”
