“Customer services were excellent, sadly your website fails to be honest when items are not in stock! So I canx the order, I note , a week later it is still showing “in Stock“! Less than honest, I will not be using you again.”

“accepted my order took the money for express delivery, 6 days later no contact from them but no delivery. They did not have the stock to sell but took the payment and order anyway. If you cant fulfill order you should say so and not accept”

“First class service. Having read some of the reviews about the poor service people have received from them, I was concerned when I'd placed a order with them for Stabila levels. All I can say is that the service I got from them when one of the levels arrived damaged (not their fault) and wanted replacing was first class. The reply to the first email I sent was very quick and along with all the other emails. The replacement was sent out as soon as possible at no extra cost to me. Will definately us them again when the need arises.”
