“Woodworking drills, even from expensive makes often arrived blunt or went blunt after a short use. So we looked for better, the Faithful lip and spur drills arrived on time, when we first used one we realised we had found that better product. Quicker drilling, less stress on the machine and less heat. At last woodworking drills that work as well, for their job, as good metalworking drills. Thank you.”

“Communication is nonexistent! It doesn’t matter at what stage you are in your order, you will not receive a response of any kind. You will not know whether your order will be fulfilled or not. Don’t pay extra for express delivery as it won’t happen. My item did turn up eventually, I was going to request a refund from my credit card for non delivery and communication when it just turned up! It was cheap, but as I required it for a job had to buy another elsewhere, so now I have 2 and can’t be bothered to waste my time trying to return it. Overall, if you want something cheap, can afford to wait and see if it may arrive then buy from Tools direct and cross your fingers and toes- you have been warned!”

“Although the company was efficient, not having the goods that we ordered, wasn't very good. The website should be kept up to date all the time so people don't pin there hopes in getting something they want, when the company didn't have in the first place.”
