“Items arrived on time well packaged as stated very good value pleased with item and seller only down side postal service left the package on top step in the rain did not ring door bell luckily i checked the front so it did not get to wet ( cardboad box)”

“Ordered 4 items only 3 arrived after sending me e mail confirming everything was in order after 3/4 days new invoice was raised delivery was iminent showing 3 items for delivery apparently only 3 in stock”

“The only thing I can say is it came on time, not very well made did not fit together very well and the 300W motor is as powerful as a !!!!!!!!!!! It works as good as a motor of about 150W, the blower is good!!! I have been trying to collect the leaves up today (Tue 5th March 2024) it did but I had to keep going over the same ground a few times to get them up. But this is defiantly a case of what you pay is what you get (cheap and nasty)”

“I've got to be honest, after reading some of the very negative reviews, I was hesitant on placing an order with Power Tools Direct. However, my selected item was in stock, at a good price, with a supposedly prompt delivery and I was offered a discount voucher. I ended up paying for Express Delivery ( as you need to spend £250 ex vat to qualify for Free delivery) and I am pleased to report that the item arrived at 09:30 the following morning! I did have to contact Customer Services with a query/problem and received a prompt, polite, helpful, constructive and positive reply. I am very pleased with my purchase and from my personal point of view, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Power tools Direct!”

“Website was straightforward to use for ordering, price very competitive and delivery charges were reasonable, ie even with delivery added the total cost was still below competition. All in all, excellent value and service. I'll watch the website for future relevant purchases.”

“Ordered my items on Saturday and charged for express delivery quoted as 2-3 working days. Tried to phone numerous times following Friday when items still hadn’t been received but unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Emailed Friday 10.00am asking for update and received a reply at 12:00 saying item shipped with Royal Mail with tracking number. Tried to track parcel but Royal Mail not responding to tracking number. Emailed again at 1.00pm asking for information but this time no response. Item eventually showed on Royal Mail tracking on Saturday as received from sender after 5.00pm Friday night. Received Saturday. Email from PTD on Monday saying item delivered. Very frustrating company to deal with obviously had not done anything about my order until I chased it. Will go elsewhere in future due to being unable to speak on phone and lack of honest communication.”
