“I think that the service given was excellent, and rapid. The electric screwdriver has a level of macho power I couldn't imagine battery power can give. I'd had an electric DeWalt before and still had the screwdriver bits for it, Just as well, the new machine had none included, which I think should be part of the deal.”

“I have recently purchased a 110 volt table saw , At the time of ordering it , there was supposedly 3 in stock , after a couple of days I hadn't heard anything so I tried to call on phone for more information all to no avail .. I understand that companies are using skeleton staff , but I find it hard to believe that there couldn't have been at home taking calls . So anyway I sent an email to be informed that the product couldn't be shipped because there was none in stock . Which was disappointing because I had needed it the following week ... My frustration is being told that the product was in stock when it wasn't ..”

“Ordered a couple of items which arrived as promised but the packaging on one of items was very poor. A tree lopper which is obviously going to be difficult to package so an additional fee was charged for post and packaging. However the packaging was just some shrink wrap around either end, nothing protecting the middle. No bubble wrap had been used to protect it which meant the handle and been damaged in transit and a small dent in the pole as it rattled around the couriers van. Both only cosmetic which won't affect its operation but just a bit poor, especially when you are charged extra for the long item.”
