“I ordered 8 chargable batteries and I recieved 4 batteries. When I called customer service, I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back. When I sent an email I received an email back the following day that they wanted me to sent pictures of the box and the batteries that I did receive - which I did the same day. I havent heard back since and that's after a placed a follow up phone call and and follow up email. 213-271-3924 Please call me and let me know where you're at in making this right. Thank you.”

“Tenergy had the battery management system PCB - for my lithium ion battery pack I could not find anywhere else. I did find one on Ebay, but the solder pads were so small there was no way I could solder the wires to it.
