“Recently I purchased a rechargeable battery pack. One the first try I got the wrong pack due in large part to confusion with the listing on your website. The listing makes more emphasis on the size of the individual cell size and not part number. After help from customer service I was able to get the correct pack and return the wrong item. The new pack has been installed in a garden railroad locomotive and works fine. In checking other packs, I found that at least one pack has only the number for the cell size and does not have the part number for the pack.”
