“After 11 days from placing online order for rechargeable batteries, when I have not received my order, I contacted Tenergy customer service and received the reply as " It looks like there was a system error that prevented your order from being automatically processed as expected..." They offered me shipping the batteries versus refund, and I chose refund. I am disappointed about their unreliable service.”
