“My robovac needed a replacement battery and the local retailer I went to wanted $45+ for the battery. :( did an online search and found Tenergy POWER. $21.99 plus free delivery, I’ll take it! Placed my order, received shipping deets and within the week I received my battery. Robovac is back in action.”

“After 11 days from placing online order for rechargeable batteries, when I have not received my order, I contacted Tenergy customer service and received the reply as " It looks like there was a system error that prevented your order from being automatically processed as expected..." They offered me shipping the batteries versus refund, and I chose refund. I am disappointed about their unreliable service.”

“It took a while for the battery to cross the country, I guess due to the restrictions on putting lithium ion batteries on airplanes. On arrival I found it to be exactly as advertised. It fit perfectly in my flashlight and was already well charged.”
