I have put the battery on charge since July 9th and it is not charging

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing our email records, we see that one of our representatives reached out to you in regards to the order and resolved the issue. We’d like to remind you that button top and flat top batteries are different in design. Chargers designed for button top batteries may not work with flat top batteries, as they lack the tab necessary to reach the charging terminal. Since this is the second request for a review in less than two weeks when I haven't even received a shipping confirmation or tracking number saying my order has even shipped, I'm obliged to give a one star review.

I ordered batteries on the 10th of May I still have not received them yet ??? 14 days

It said that expected shipping would be 5 to 7 business days and it's been 10 days now and it's still several states away. I called customer service and all they did was make excuses for the carrier they sent the package with instead of figuring out what happened to ensure my purchase was either on its way, or could be sped up! I love the products and thought I was making the right decision by going through the company itself but instead, I think it was a huge mistake! Need to swap to a reliable carrier!
