We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.
Typically when users have a DIY setup, in this case DIY solar conversion setup to charge a battery pack, while it can possibly work, it is not a conventional charger for Li-ion or LiPo packs. Because the charging device deviates from this, our team is unable to provide validation on whether its compatible - should it not perform as intended or if other issues occur.

We like to provide some clarification of our order processing time to prevent any misunderstandings.
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: up to 3-7 Business Days
After reviewing your order, we see that the order was placed on August 4th and was shipped out the next business day, August 5th. Base on the tracking, the package was delivered on August 15th.
We do see in your particular case, there were some unforeseen delays with USPS. We assure you that is NOT the norm for USPS, and apologize for any conveniences this has caused.
