“I ordered 2 batteries for my solar flag light on 9/29/24. I received the 2 batteries on 10/8/24, via USPS.
It was not worth the wait, as the replacement batteries were longer than the batteries they were replacing by a millimeter or two - but that matters in fittings of this type. While struggling to make the battery fit, I touched a connecting wire and broke the connection. The battery finally fit in the case, but it is immaterial since the whole purpose is lost without the solar connection. I will not order here again.”

- Diameter: Between 18 mm and 18.6 mm
- Length: Between 65 mm and 65.3 mm (protected cells may be longer, up to 70 mm)
We can confirm that the dimensions of our 18650 battery are 65.2 mm in height and 18.4 mm in diameter, which is within the limit size.

- Standard Shipping Time: up to 3-7 Business Days (this does not includes weekends)
After reviewing your order, we see that the order was placed on September 25th and was shipped out the same day. Base on the tracking, the package was delivered on October 5th.
We do see in your particular case, there were some unforeseen delays with USPS. We assure you that is NOT the norm for USPS, and apologize for any conveniences this has caused.

“Battery came charged at 5.0 ,been using it off and on for 4 hours and it was a4.8 . I did have to replace the plug as I have an older radio but that's on me. Still in the process of setting up my align 450 so can't really test endurance of this Battery but it is doing well so far.”

“The team @ Tenergy power was able to test my equipment & find my problem. I couldn’t charge a battery (they found the battery to be defective).
The charger is not intuitive at all - I hope I can figure it out soon. The Tenergy team is a lot of help-the manual & charger is no help. I hope I don’t need to send the battery in to be charged every time it needs it”

“Shipping was fast. However packaging was not ideal. The battery I order was not enclosed in a temperature proof wrapping, just thrown in the bottom of the box! As a result when I retrieved it from my apartment complex sun baked mailbox it was very hot…! Which could have been resulted in explosion…!”
