“I'm hoping their product is good but I don't know because they rely on the postal service to deliver their products which are now 2 days late. The last tracking info from today is " no access to delivery site". Really I've had at least two ups/Amazon trucks on my street today.”

We like to provide some clarification of our order processing time to prevent any misunderstandings.
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: up to 3-7 Business Days
After reviewing your order, we see that the order was placed on July 29th and was shipped out the next business day, July 30th. Base on the tracking, the package was delivered on August 7th, which is within 7 business days.
Please note that there are some unforeseen delays with USPS currently. We assure you that is NOT the norm for USPS, and apologize for any conveniences this has caused.
