Received my treadmill,only to find the electric cable had been so badly bent that bare wires were showing,I’ve written to them umpteen times,no response,then someone DID get back to me saying they would get the general manager to call me ASAP but nothing,customer service is appalling and I would urge people NOT to use this company

I've had the worst ever delivery experience with this cheap product provider: 1. I never received an order number from them - I need to contact you actively to find out the progress of my delivery. 2. I received an email from them at the beginning of the week saying they will provide the driver's contact number and estimated delivery date. But there's none follow-up. 3. I've been waiting at home two days to wait for their delivery and their diver NEVER called my mobile number. 4. I received two voicemail from the delivery deport saying the delivery has been attempted but no one at home... 5. I tried two days to call your deport: 03308380381 - number left in my voicebox but no one answers after hours of waiting. 6. After many rounds of calls, I was guided to call 03308380380, where I was told there wasn't planned delivery for today but tomorrow! They sent me an email yesterday specifically mentioned I should expect my re-delivery today!

Awful awful awful customer service. No one ever gets back to you via phone or email. I have a faulty rower and cross trainer and this has caused me hours of anxiety trying to get it sorted.... and it's still not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful company if you have an issue. They do not answer emails for 7 days and phone always rings out. I bought a spin bike which was badly damaged by the delivery driver. I asked for a refund and was told the bike would have to be picked IP first which is fine but they asked me to stay in 3 different occasions and noone turned up. I am now going to resolve this through trading standards as the technical support team don't have a clue what they are doing and I have lost £600 in wages due to days off waiting for the delivery company to pick up the bike.

I ORDERED AND PAID £99.99 FOR AN iFIT SUBSCRIPTION, I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE I WOULD RECEIVE A CODE STRAIGHT AFTER PAYMENT TO REDEEM. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CODE AND A VERY UN-HELPFUL TELEPHONE SUPPORT WHEN CHASING THIS. ALSO THEY HAD A SAVE7 OFFER SO I SHOULD HAVE PAID £92.99 BUT THIS DID NOT WORK SO ENDED UP GETTING CHARGED £99.99

I bought a body max spin bike just before Christmas. The whole bike grinds and vibrates when cycling. I’ve emailed and left phone messages and still no response. Really disappointed so far as I Got the bike to help with getting fit but am put off using it.

I received good advice on purchasing Olympic weights in the Charing Cross Store. It was great to be able to see and feel the equipment in the shop before buying it, rather than ordering it blind on the internet. The equipment arrived on the agreed day. The kit I bought is top quality. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

DO NOT pay for express delivery!! Put an order in for a cable machine and paid express delivery so it arrived before the weekend. Later found out that powerhouse fitness use XDP as their courier. Had I known this I would not have ordered! I then sat in for 2 days waiting on the order as the tracking info provided said it was being delivered. On the 3rd day I contacted powerhouse fitness as XDP will only speak to the courier! Powerhouse fitness have said that they will refund the £15 however this is still unsatisfying as it’s now the weekend before Christmas and I have no time to sit in and wait on this arriving. I asked for a time slot to make things easier as my request to collect the fitness machine from the depo myself for rejected. I was then given a 2 hour time slot, planned my full day around it, for it to again, NOT SHOW UP! Now I have tried to call powerhouse fitness for the last hour and no answer! This is the only way I can contact XDP as they will only speak to the courier. Another day completely wasted! I am not amused at all and will most likely cancel the full order. Powerhouse fitness should use more reliable and reputable couriers than this! Very unsatisfied and will be ordering the rest of the gym equipment elsewhere.

I received my rowing machine on Wednesday 6th November after I unpacked the machine I noticed a peice of plastic covering had been broken of about 5" long so straight away I left a message for someone to call back. so on Thursday I rang back and spoke to someone who said they would sent e mail to technical support to contact me still nothing. So I sent e mail on Friday with my phone number and I'm still waiting for call or contact. so if you can't get them to contact you about broken cover what would happen if it was something major. So if you are thinking of buying from this company I would look elsewhere.

This company and the courier they use is some kind of joke. I've put my order on 2nd of September, and after few days of waiting and chasing them, I was informed that my delivery will be on 16th of September!!! They need 2 weeks to deliver goods (maybe they are walking not driving???) I have put my resignation and hope to never use them again. I am really dissapointed!

I just called asking for the maximum weight capacity as the website doesn't show this any where.. i know right... well was placed on hold for a long while then just go hung up on without a call back. Very off putting.

After reading some of the below reviews I was very sceptical about ordering from Powerhouse but am I glad that I decided to judge them for myself and not by others “views” I honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Ordered several items off them including cable machine, bars, attachments, plates etc items were delivered the next day!! Text messages received on the day of delivery giving me an allocated slot so I didn’t have to wait in all day. Quality of items are superb and you can tell they are a good standard. Price was very competitive too so all in all I would highly recommend ordering from them! I know I certainly will be again :)

awful customer service and dont follow up their repairs within warranty period. currenlty seeking legal action for machine that has gone wrong less than 12 months after purchase despite giving them multiple chances to rectify. AVOID THESE COWBOYS.

A very friendly welcome by Georgia at Batley who was also very helpful in our choice of equipment. We received a delivery e-mail for 6th May between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. as this was a Bank Holiday I thought it might not happen, however, the delivery actually arrived at 08.50 on the 7th May which was fine, I have yet to open the parcel etc. but all seems ok.

I tried the online chat for Powerhouse sales at 8pm last night not expecting an answer but was greeted by Lisa from the Aberdeen store, who was great in providing me with all the information comparing Multi-gym options. Today Lisa emailed me straight back with quotes and has been in communication all day sorting out the details of my order. Refreshing to get such good customer service and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from Powerhouse again, Thankyou!

The Batley store were very helpful with our decision making for the equipment we were looking to purchase. From initial browsing to delivery, dealing with Powerhouse Fitness was a pleasure, and I am very happy with my purchases of a cross trainer and an exercise bike.

Do not deliver on time when delivery was arranged. I sat around waiting all day for delivery for it not to come. Did not recieve an explanation as to why or when il recieve my order. Very poor customer service
