“Not satisfied, product was not available for dispatch and was shipped over a week later but worse is with the shipping company which can't deliver because I am out of home in the morning and afternoon, also they don't leave in safe place and nearest pick up point is 12 miles away. Still not delivered and it's 12 days from purchase. What's the point of sending 3 multi tool blades by APC if it could be sent by Royal mail in letterbox size parcel. Waste ot time.”

Dear Mr Stasinski Further to your in-depth review of our service level and choice of logistics, I would take this opportunity to point-out some anomalies that have been misunderstood by your good-self. We received your order for nearly £50 of Multi Tool Blades from you on the 1st May and e-mailed you informing that our re-stock delivery had been delayed from the Bosch Warehouse and would now not be available for shipping to you until after the May Bank Holiday weekend. As stated in our original e-mail we shipped on the 8th May on an overnight courier service to reach you on the 9th, e-mail messages were sent at 19.51pm on the 8th informing you of the shipment was on the way and to expect it on the 9th. As you state you are not around during the day, the courier carded at 15.30pm on the 9th and returned to depot awaiting you to contact them to arrange an alternative safe delivery point. The shipment then went back out on Monday 13th without success being once again e-mailed and then carded due to a closed door awaiting instructions. We are able to give you this fully trackable information precisely because we don't use Royal Mail, at all times we must know exactly where and what point our shipments will reach our wide customer base, good luck mate if you think Royal Mail will ever be in a position to service industrial requirements anytime in the future. May I also suggest that you follow the simple working instructions that were clearly shown on the website when you placed your business with us, offering a suitable third party delivery address for those customers who cannot sign for delivery as they are not at their own delivery address throughout the working day.
