“Usually the service is excellent, however, my recent order still hasn't arrived. I had a notification from the courier company on Monday which had an incorrect address on it so I emailed Power Tools UK straight away so they could contact the courier company to rectify but have had no goods and no correspondence from either the courier or Power Tools UK. I have sent a further email today requesting a response and confirmation that replacements are being sent but not yet had a reply!”

“Dear lumsden Exceedingly prompt and efficient sale of goods, I selected your business and ordered the tool on the 10th Jan, parcel force courier took 6 days to deliver, I paid for parcel force 48, which should be 2 days, it took 144 hours, I had planned a weekend under the car repairing the jag and ordered it in good time to arrive on Thursday maybe Friday latest Consider changing your courier as I won’t be ordering anything with a link to parcel force Regards Steve”
