“Good price even when postage added. Delivered quickly. However was surprised that it was in a plastic bag wrapped in lots bubble wrap and placed inside a used Malwaukee tool box. Manual was slightly crashed but does not matter. I view this as recycling which is good !! Have not used tool yet.”

Dear Mr Keleshev Following your order placed on Friday 27th May, I know you are fully aware that we e-mailed you on 3 separate occasions regarding a discrepancy in the delivery address on the order. Each time you responded informing us "yes the address is correct" which did not solve the problem of safe delivery by our logistics company as they did not recognise the full delivery address given. Due to this response, we took steps to try and correct the address ourselves and shipped the goods on the 1st of June, the logistics company sent you an SMS message that evening, followed by 2 further SMS messages informing you of progress through to safe delivery on the 4th of June I have no idea what you mean when you state you have to pay to see where your shipment is, the logistics company supplied you with 3 SMS messages providing quick and simple links to update yourself on shipping progress, please note THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE If you purchase online and include additional line numbers in delivery addresses, you will continue to have problems with getting safe accurate deliveries. To be honest with you sir I am somewhat relieved that on this occasion you state that we will not retain your future business, possibly the best outcome for both parties Regards Lumsden Stuart Director Power Tools UK

Good morning Mr Butcher I appreciate the time you have taken to respond to our request for feedback. On returning to work following a few days off last week I have investigated this matter to clarify what happened to the order from start to finish, and what we may learn for ourselves and the satisfaction of future customers. The order for a pair of size 8 Buckler Boots was received on the 24th May, we e-mailed you on the 26th informing you that Bucker had informed us that our June stock order would not be with us until this week. Due to the delay in delivery, we offered a full refund or delivery at the earliest opportunity week beginning the 6th June. As it turned out we ran late on our standard delivery schedule but did improve on the original projected delivery date, delivering the boots to you on the 4th of June, but did in the meantime trigger a major error in requesting a review before the boots were delivered We normally get the machines and accessories we offer the trade delivered well in advance of the review request, apologies that we got ahead of ourselves on this occasion. I hope that although a few days late you might agree with me that you purchased a superb pair of Buckler Boots that will serve you well for years to come.
