Dear Customer I am unsure why you have left comments concerning using our company in the future?. As you are aware you gave us one private address for billing and one private address (next door neighbour) as the delivery address. We cross checked with you regarding number 12 and number 10 in case you had inadvertently miss keyed the address. You asked us to deliver to your elderly neighbour as they are always in. We tried to deliver to number 10 as instructed without success due to no rely, you were advised by SMS Message that the package was available for collection at your local port office. You duly collected from the P/O later that day what more would you have expected from us, we did exactly what you asked Regards Lumsden Director Power Tools UK
