“Order some Milwaukee bits. (cocked the order up and ordered too many batteries and paid for them!! 🤦🏼‍♂️) Spoke with a very nice young lady who amended my order, got them sent out and sorted a refund of the extra bits) Great customer service and prompt delivery. I'll be back for the next lot of new Milwaukee bits I need Cheers Steve”

“Should be 2.5 stars. Good prices. Not ecstatic about having to pay postage on orders that are over £100. And what let the service down most is having placed an order on the weekend and full payment having been taken. I was contacted on the Monday to let me know there was no stock of what I had ordered and wouldn’t be available for a further 5 to 7 working days. And the website still said in stock. A bit disappointing. So good service let down by their stock system.”

“I found power tools online with a search I’d done. I will first admit sometimes I’m weary of ordering online with someone new, due to fake firms conning people. Power tools uk are fantastic the whole way through the process of ordering, and paying, good easy website to use. After I’d ordered I got confirmation of my order, and also a message telling me which courier it would be, on the Monday morning I got a message from power tools and the courier telling me roughly what time the delivery would be and the drivers name. Really pleasurable buying from power tools uk, and good response back from them. The package was well wrapped and was delivered very very quickly. Many thanks Andy.”

“I ordered a Milwaukee Hammer Drill (Milwaukee M18FPD3-0X)the item came not in original hard case .He came in hard case that originally was from kit box (Milwaukee M18FPD3-502C)so not a brand new sealed box ,not even the manufacturer's plastic bag.The tool itself look unused.”
