“I purchase tools prefeably from any uk based supplier I find that can supply them at a reasonable price. Power Tools UK had the particular drill bits I needed, so they got my order, with a 2 working day courier delivery added on. After 2 working days the courier confirmed receipt and after the weekend the items were delivered onbdsy# 3. When I pointed this out customer service denied the existence of a 2 working day delivery service. This despite my communication including my order confirmation clearly stating 2 working days. I protested but was ignored, instead and ironically receiving an invitation to write a review!! I received the goods in time for them to be used as planned, but that is not the point. A 3 working day delivery should have cost less than I paid.”

Dear Mr Wise Many thanks for taking the time to explain in detail exactly what happened from the customer side. We are in error on this one for a couple of reasons and I have already taken steps to address the after sales service issue. We should have shipped Thursday for delivery Friday, for some reason we missed Thursday deadline and shipped Friday for a Monday delivery stretching the delivery time further. I have looked at the warehouse loadings for the 5th and cannot give an explanation for the missed Thursday shipment.
