“A bit strange to receive brand new batteries in a not original package. No boxes, no original bags. I ordered one Makita and one Dewalt battery and they were sealed in "home made" plastic bag. Even China Ali Express do better packages. Price is better than other sites. I hope batteries are original, but big question mark ??? for package.”

“Having received my order I was surprised to find the Makita power tool came minus a Makita box. I was told by Powertoolsuk this was because Makita send tools out without a box to help save the planet! Having spoken to Makita, they said that they would never send power tools without a box.”

“I have been asked to write a review of Power Tools UK. I did quite a bit of research to find the right tool and battery power. Power Tools UK had just what I wanted at a competitive price. Perfect....until it came to delivery.. Parcel Force are on strike and drivers state "delivery tried" but without actually trying. I waited 3 extra days before I got the tool. For the amount I spent, perhaps a better delivery system could have been considered.”

“Prices have been competitive (hence 2 stars). Delivery is slow compared to competitors. Both products have been faulty in some way and have needed to be sent back to the manufacturer by me. Power Tools UK helped with a link to organise the return with the manufacturer, but by way of comparison, during a similar experience with ITS, they just sent me a new tool and collected the old one from site the next day. I was inconvenienced for perhaps 4 working hours.”
