“We phoned and spoke to someone before buying a reciprocating saw and were very impressed with the 'human' customer service. The chap we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait in a queue to talk. Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Very happy with the DeWalt saw and accessories, it's a quality item.”

“I was looking for a milwaukee rotary multitool and power tools UK had the best prices, but just because a website has a competitive price, doesn't always mean that your overall experience is a good one, HOWEVER I was pleasantly surprised to find that thier website was clear, well presented, easy to navigate and had everything I was looking for. The check out procedure was uncomplicated, had a few different options for paying (like PayPal) and it was simple to set myself up an account, because I WILL be returning! Their communication was second to none, I had instant confirmation of my order, including a what happens next info page and the items I ordered where dispatched very quickly, meaning within the space of three days (sat, sun, mon) I already had my items delivered. If companies live or die because of thier reputation, then power tools UK will be alive for a very long time!!”

“The Makita cordless power tool I ordered arrived on time and the package was in good condition. It had been packed well so tool was in tip top condition. Will definitely use power tools uk again when I need to replace anymore of my cordless tools”

“Haven't received my parcel it's nearly been a week now haven't heard anything from them. The driver delivered the parcel at wrong address and gave the parcel to some stranger I am very disappointed with this purchase.”

“It shows in the picture a 6ah battery which is a bit misleading. Its only after I received it and read the description on the page that it comes with a 2ah battery. Like i said quite misleading”

Dear Mr Eaton Many thanks for pointing out that we have the wrong picture of the battery on our hero picture, I have taken steps to correct this mistake in order that we show the machine, charger and battery correctly for others. Fortunately for us all other details throughout the page clearly stated that the machine was supplied with a 2Ah Milwaukee battery and it was just the picture where the error appeared.
