Dear Sir The review is 100% factually correct, however there are no details of exactly why you did not receive your order on this occasion and the actions we took to refund you quickly and efficiently. You were good enough to place an order for a DeWALT Fencing Stapler late morning on the 13th June, we e-mailed you late afternoon on the 14th, prompted by yourself, to explain that not only had we sold our last unit but at that time DeWALT was now out of stock with no shipping date available to us. We fully refunded you on the 13th, payment was not held by us and returned to your account at the earliest opportunity. It is always a failure when we are unable to service a customer's requirements quickly and efficiently, our mistake was not following up the refund with a quick e-mail of explanation on the 13th rather than the 14th, something we have corrected should it arise in the future for other customers. Sorry we let you down with the order you were good enough to place with us, normally we are much better than this Regards Lumsden Stuart Director Power Tools UK
