“Not received order! Set off for work at 7:30,got text notification at 8 from apc telling me to expect delivery between 8:45 and 9:45 and would require signature . Driver came at 9 ,no one in so took parcel back to leyland (2 hour min round trip + diesel )! Have equipment delivered most days but can't remember last time it required a signature! Not financially viable to sit at home waiting for hours for deliveries or driving for 2 hours to pick up parcels due to only getting 1 hours notice of delivery. Lots of other supply options available with more efficient delivery abilities.”

“Mine was a small order that could easily have been considered unimportant. However, when one of the items was temporarily out of stock, I received an email explaining the delay, followed up with a phone call to let me know that my order was on its way. I got the impression that this a company that really cares about their customers, no matter who they are.”

“Only problem, when I opened wrapping the box was a different product , but inside the box was the correct product, I call the company before I opened it , they said we recycle boxes - fair enough but it should have indicated this as it’s off putting to customers.”
