“Ordered Milwaukee M18FPD2-502X online @ 19:36 on 31st August '21. Delivered @ 14:32 on 3rd September '21. Price was very good (although not quite the lowest I later found out). Can't expect better than that. Very satisfied.”

“Delivery and purchase were all fine, usual high level of competence for the Makita Cordless mower (I already own 7 of their tools) Contacted Power Tools U.K. regarding the lack of a mulching plug and their polite reply was confirmed by the Manual that this device is an optional extra. Which confirms the expression”Read the manual first”.”

“Only two purchases so far (both very recent), a DeWalt DS150 ToughSystem box and a pair of Tstak 11's. The online ordering process was simple and straightforward. Website good to navigate and quick too. With both orders, items were dispatched same day using Parcelforce 48 at very reasonable (low) cost. Packaging was good on both orders. Prices on boxes were excellent. Both types of box were exactly as advertised. Yes, they had stickers showing original contents, but they are easily removed by simply peeling off without need for heat or glue removers. I rarely shop outside the Amazon platform (long time Prime customer), but with prices this good I had to give Power Tools UK a go. Glad I did. Saved now in the Bookmarks bar as a serious contender for any further purchases.”
