Hi Alan Many thanks for taking the time to advise me of this shortfall in service, I have looked into your order and would like to apologise for this order running late on delivery. We had the two DeWALT machines in stock, it was the Smart Multi-Blade Set that caught us out this time, the stock shipment with the 8pce sets did not hit the warehouse when we expected them and further to that we did not keep you in the loop about your order. “Really pleased with the price as all my power tools, accessories, ie bits, screwdriver bits and drill bits etc, and all my big tool bag of hand tools had been stolen in Leeds as I donated platelets and plasma for cancer patients. Prompt delivery too. Would recommend.”
