“Service was prompt and good arrived in time. My only concern is that the good arrived in a box not matching what I ordered. As the Dewalt battery and charger are a present I was shocked to find them inside a Milwaukee M18 fuel red box. Makes it look second hand”

“I made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong drill. I spoke to power tools this morning and was told they would refund my order. The girl I spoke to was very helpful. The drill is now packed and ready to be picked up tomorrow and shipped back to you. When I get refunded I will order the drill I wanted.”

“I am a new customer to this company and I been so impressed by their customer service. Their products have arrive, on time in good condition. I have required additional items linked to my order but not listed on the website. They answered my phone call promptly, passing to technical support and Dave then sourced my Request and still managed to get them to me next day (on a Saturday before 10.am). My team have been over the moon with the drill kits and cases. I intend to continue using this trade supplier. Well done to Dave and his colleagues.
