“Ordered boots and socks. Wrongs sizes came. No exchanges. Now I have to send them back at my 9wn expense in order to get a refund. Will not be stopping here again”

Dear Mr Leneghan As explained as the time we do not exchange but offer a full goods refund on return for goods ordered in error by the customer. We informed you that we could assist be refunding on return allowing you to re-order the correct size.
