“I've used Power Tools UK a couple of times to buy Bosch Professional 18V items, on both occasions I have been extremely pleased. Most importantly, their products are very competitively priced and delivery is always super-quick; within 2 days. Regarding the most recent purchase, I had forgotten to add a discount code when ordering online. I phoned about 5 days later and asked if the discount could be applied retrospectively; within a couple of days, I had received a refund, all with absolutely no fuss. Great service and good prices; I'd definitely recommend this supplier.”

“Not impressed and will not use again. Ordered the same time and day as I ordered another item from another supplier. Other suppliers item arrived next day before 12:00. Power tool emailed 2 days after order was placed to say one item wasn’t in stock, why did the website show it in stock at the time? Waited a week for the items to arrive. They have used FedEx, who poorly attempted to deliver. Still no items a week later, a days work lost and a week and a half delayed.”
