Dear Mr Niewiadomski The only positive part of my reply to you is, as you are aware, that eventually you received your Planer yesterday some 6 days after it left our warehouse. Sincere apologies regarding this order, for some reason this shipment stuck in London South West Depot for 4 days with no communication from the logistics company concerning the delay. Not sure why you are reporting no communication as we would automatically send you a confirmation e-mail of receipt of your order plus we also sent you an SMS message that the parcel had left of warehouse at 17.17pm on the 22nd November. I can understand if there was a mistake in an e-mail address or mobile number, but for both not to work I cannot offer an explanation. I would like to assure you that we are much better than your experience last week and again offer our apologies for any inconvenience causes during transit Regards Lumsden Director Power Tools UK

Dear Mr White We e-mailed you on the 22nd November to inform you that we were temporarily out of stock and our best shipping date using an overnight service was week commencing the 28th November. We shipped your order yesterday, the 28th November on an express overnight service as promised, I have the tracking history and it confirms that you personally received the shipment at 13.19pm today 29th November. We informed you of our best delivery and kept exactly to that schedule, I have no understanding why you, ahead of clear delivery information supplied, leave us a crap review about not receiving your goods Regards Lumsden Director Power Tools UK

“Box shown in listing clearly has nothing in it that’s why I ordered three they sent one as listed and two with divides in for various tools obviously clearing out the boxes that no body wants I now have to cut out all the useless divides to make the boxes any use poor service bit of a con”

“Very competitive pricing, dispatch was quick and delivery service used was fast as well so actually arrived sooner than expected. Package was well wrapped and I was pleased to see on the invoice there was a stamp from each person within the company who handled my order, so it is clear that the quality of service is important to them. Definitely a company I would trust to purchase from again.”
