“prices are alright delivery is okay too didn’t take too long however when it arrived the rail for my skill saw was bent . this means it has ether been thrown about while in the box or a bent one was put in when you packaged it . this also means my skillsaw has take a bash as well . either way one of my items was damaged so a 3 star as i’m feeling generous”

Dear Customer We are somewhat at a loss regarding your review of our company and products due to the product listed and accompanying rail to suit. Your order ......894 placed with us on the 27th September listed as 1 off DeWALT Circular Saw DCS565P2 complete with 5Ah Batteries, no other products are listed against this order number. We would also add that we do not sell Skill machines within our portfolio therefore could not have sold the machine and rail you review against us. As can happen when multi-purchasing we think you got your wires crossed and posted this review to the wrong company, would there be a possibility of removing it. It is hard enough to get customers to leave positive service and product reviews without the added problem of collected other companies errors.
