“Supplements ordered 12/21/23, received 1/5/24. I spoke with an excellent customer service representative 12/22 about my address change. She was very helpful. She explained, and I don’t recall the exact language that was used, that new systems were being developed to improve services. Therefore I was not surprised by the delay. The contents were packed well and the order was correct. I continue to use a small range of Premier products because of the recommendations of my health care practitioner Barry Bragg. I don’t know how long I will be able to afford these products because of their expense.”

“I love your products and the excellent quality and results I have. I would have given 4.5 if able. Gave 4 stars because the shipping took too long this time, and usually does, and because of the holidays, i was not surprised it took longer. This time I ordered Dec 22 and received my order on the 3rd.....almost 3 weeks.”

“Products are great. Need to be a little more communicative when it comes to products being placed on back order. The customer shouldn’t have to notify office of this. Simply by notice on invoice would work.”

“I was referred by Jen O'Sullivan, and some suggestions by David Smith of LifeWave. I have just started using some of the products I purchased. I find it difficult , sometimes, to consume multiples of the same supplement, so I divide them up between lunch and dinner. I wish there was a simpler solution, and information about when is the best time to consume each individual supplement, and which is best to combine or avoid taking with other supplements.”

“Very satisfied with PRL supplements-no toxic tag-alongs! I often recommend PRL and QRA to friends struggling with illnesses. Website is not user friendly. I have found that I need to double-check the quantity in my cart because it mysteriously increases. Decreasing the FREE shipping to $50 would be helpful as well.”

“Thank you for offering lab tested and verified supplementation at a fair price. I only wish that you would lower the minimum purchase amount for free shipping. Nobody wants to have to spend $100 before they get free shipping. Thank you!”

“The products are good that PRL markets. I, however, have been disappointed with the lack of product knowledge. I was hoping to talk to a knowledgeable person who has been with the company for a long time a who can give me some feedback on which products I am doubling up on as I am on a fixed income. When I ask the question regarding if I am doubling up I just get a one word answer..."no". I don't think this is true. My recent rep that has been assigned to me, although very pleasant, was unsure on the fact that PRL has a database type file with the products listed and the measurements of ingredients. I hope PRL does and sends it to me. Thank you.”
