“Promotion emails are sent to practitioners only but you never include customers who are authorized to shop from PRL through their practitioner. These customers, like myself, are loyal customers that should be included in promotional emails in the same way I am asked to leave a review.”

“As a practitioner, PRLabs is by far one of the most recommended resources of high quality nutrition in my practice. There is no question that the formulations they build are effective and of the purest ingredients available. Success rates testimonials are a regular event from clients who use the products as directed. The staff are always overflowing with excellent, knowledgeable customer service and care. The shipping department is comprised of rockstars who always get my orders right, and out the door on time, every time. I LOVE my relationship with PR Labs!”

“Customer service has absolutely gone down hill since Dr. Marshall died. I love this company. I love the products. I am not impressed with the customer service changes. I feel the staff is much colder, less helpful, less caring, and less educated about the company than in years past.”

“Premier is one of our most trusted supplement suppliers. The only complaint is with their shipping department...things often arrive with the lids completely off. Premier is AWESOME at making things right though. Knowing how they test their products for purity brings us back to them over and over.”

“When I got involved with PRL, it was exciting as a clinician to attend all the seminars, and to come to the center for training. Shadowing Dr. Marshall an important thing in general. Seeing the developments in the formulations, feeling connected to the pulse of the company, the evolution of the clinical work and how it informed the product line and its refinement. I even brought a colleague on board who became a major international distributor. I had some of my biggest clinical victories with the dental testing methods that Dr. Marshall co-developed with Dr. Aguilera, you dont hear about that too much anymore. I estimate amassing tens of thousands of hours practicing QRA professionally. Nowadays no one even knows who I am at the company. I dont feel the excitement. I dont feel connected to the pulse of the company, despite the good efforts at online events I see happening. A lot has changed and I miss the old PRL. I buy less products. It seems like the company has grown and is prospering. When I came online I had heard the company was grossing $40 million annually. No idea what its at now, probably far beyond that. Im probably in the minority in regards to the above opinions. Maybe one day I'll get on the private label train. Still appreciate many of your offerings. Wishing you all good health and prosperity.”
