“Dr Marshall would be rolling over in his grace. I am shocked that his wife would allow this to happen. The new fillers in some of the products and the change of formulas. You are still the best but not as good as you used to be. I’ve been with you for 15 years and I am starting to look elsewhere for some things.”

“Recently, I placed an order for a product I loved, but noticed after some time, I had not received it in the mail. I called PRL and spoke with Zoe who immediately investigated the situation, which turned out to be a shipping and tracking problem. PRL reissued the product with no charge to me, and I received the product as ordered. I have always been happy with PRL, but this STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE took first prize! Zoe was extraordinary in her A+ helpfulness, diligence, courtesy and communication! Give this woman a raise! She is a real asset to PRL!”
