“This website needs some serious renovation. Trying order products is very difficult! Frustrating! Locating products is equally as difficult. Re ordering is not easy as well!”

“The PRL computer system has randomly been kicking out my apartment number (once in March, once in June) which made delivery by Fed Ex extremely difficult and time-consuming with them on the phone. I was told the problem was fixed and hope it doesn’t happen again! 😁”
