“At age 87, I did not grow up with computers and technology as we know it today. In addition, your staff didn't seem to be able to help me reset my password. Consequently, I had to wait until my daughter came to visit from Atlanta, in order to help me to reset my password. Once that was done, ordering was easy. Best regards, Anne H. Barker”
