“The PRL computer system has randomly been kicking out my apartment number (once in March, once in June) which made delivery by Fed Ex extremely difficult and time-consuming with them on the phone. I was told the problem was fixed and hope it doesn’t happen again! 😁”

“Products work and I reorder as I need them. However, your customer service needs some work. My credit card was double charged for an order I placed. A customer service rep said they had no record of a double charge and asked that I provide proof. I provided a screenshot of my charges online with my credit card showing the double charge. I've heard NOTHING from your customer service about a reversal or anything. Customer service is as important as your products.”
