Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I sincerely apologise that you have not yet received your order! Having looked into your order I can see that the bedding sets you purchased have been reserved by for you. Unfortunately upon ordering your bedding sets we where currently out of stock. My colleague had left a message on your mobile to advise this on 23/11/2015 @ 12:09pm. We have now received stock of these bedding sets and I will have your order dispatched today to be with you on Monday. Our courier will contact you via text message to advise of an hourly timeslot for you to expect delivery. I ordered 2 items which arrived in a very damaged box. One of the items was dirty and the individual plastic packaging was in poor condition. There were no assembly instructions or delivery note. Not a happy customer.

All of our parcels are checked before leaving the store so I can guarantee that this would not have left our warehouse in the condition that it arrived to you. Never purchase items online with this company. There is no way of knowing if the item is in stock until you have paid the money. If in my case the item is not in stock and you are offered a 2 week wait, you will request a refund, your money is returned 5 days later. This is an unacceptable practice, it means that I am out of pocket until my money is returned, meaning I am unable to purchase the item anywhere else whilst I wait. Do not buy online from this company until they sort their online purchasing system out. It is certainly not customer friendly.

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so sorry that you feel our website is not customer friendly. I will certainly pass this on to our store manager and we will try to improve this. with regards to our stock levels and the offer to pre order. The order process is stated in our T's & C's. It states that you will always be able to order any items advertised and will be delivered within 3 working days (stock dependant) if an item is out of stock a member of staff at pram centre will contact you within those 3 working days with a pre order delivery estimate. With regards to refunds. when any refund is processed the funds are deducted from our account instantly. When paying by credit/debit card your bank may take 3-5 working days to authorise the funds to enter your account. Any payment made via PayPal can be refunded and authorised within 24hrs. Unfortunately once the funds are deducted from our account, the time scale it takes to authorise the refund is out with our control. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to you and hope that this has allowed you to better understand our order/refund process. Sold me an item listed online as available took payment then called to say it was out of stock and would take 4weeks to be back in stock asked for refund then had to call back 2days later to find refund had not been issued on the first day when I was told it was

I am extremely sorry that the item you wanted was out of stock, unfortunately none of our items are listed as available as such however as we do not always hold stock we still allow a purchase for pre order as we will always be able to order items into store or direct to you. However, when you requested a refund it should have been processed straight away to be back in your account asap. When I ordered the item it showed 71 quantity abut after a day I get a call saying its out of stock so it messed up my plans I hope I get my refund on time

I ordered a wicker rattan dolls crib 2nd oct I received a phone call on 7th oct to say crib was not in stock but could be obtained by 28 oct I agreed to this .I phoned today 28th and was told crib was not in stock and could not say when it would be available this is a shocking way to treat a customer if I had not phoned when did you intend to notify me I received this feedback email prompt enough very disappointed fay brown.

the pushchair looks and feels cheap and nasty,the returns process is absolutley awful and they dont even refund properly,it goes onto your account so you either have to purchase something else or loose your money,disgusting

I ordered a baby bath online and when I had made my payment it never gave me an expected delivery date. I have still not received my bath so I don't know why I have been sent a review before I received the goods. No contact number has been provided. Will need to take this further.

Didn't get item, message was sent to spam and had very little detail regarding why my item wasn't available and when roughly I would receive. When I replied to email I never heard back from them

Ordered online 13th september told on 14th item was out of stock would be in 7/10 days tried to phone fri 25th waited 50 minutes no answer Went to glasgow store sat26th still out of stock Not happy please help

I ordered two midnight car seats and I've just take delivery of two ebony ones... Not what I ordered or want. I've tried to call three times to sort this out but I've been cut off each time! Very disappointed!

Unfortunately as The midnight colour is no longer available and Ebony is the new version this is what has been sent. The chair was easy to put together and seems very comfortable. Unfortunately the stool is very poorly made and is impossible to put together as the holes have been drilled in the wrong place and don't line up when trying to screw the different parts together
