Going to a wedding so bought 3 dresses
Returned 2
Hermes tracking last entry say “on way back to supplier” that was early a month ago
Last Monday did get through to customer services who told me that Hermes told them to refund money
Nearly 5 days later still no refund over (£100 )
Phones now remain unanswered
I think they have gone completely bust
Referred it to my credit card
Will try Hermes next

They have the worst customer service - they don't pick up phone calls or respond to emails. I returned an item a month ago and have not received a refund confirmation. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE unless you plan on keeping what you don't want.
