The reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the delay in delivery of the components which did not turn up until 1820hrs on the Monday. Which meant that the fitter couldn't finish the work until the Friday. Otherwise the fitter (Steve) was brilliant, and the finish is excellent. Just a pity about the water pressure..

The men were very good and tidy. The showwer is great. The delivery of materials and then the collection of waste were excellent. The two fitters and the floor fitter were both neat and tidy.and most pleasant to have in our home. Many Thanks
